DIVA had the pleasure of partnering with Velora, the premier airport service provider for Etihad Airport, for an impactful content shoot at Zayed International Airport on 12th May 2025. This shoot was part of Velora’s initiative to refresh their website and social media assets, highlighting their world-class passenger service offerings.

As per the comprehensive creative brief provided by the client, DIVA supplied a diverse team of professional male and female models to portray Velora staff across a wide range of real-life airport service scenarios. The models were tasked with enacting key passenger touchpoints that included:

• Meet & Greet and Passenger Drop-Off Assistance
• Check-in Desk and Self Check-in Support
• Baggage Handling and Service Desk Interactions
• Special Assistance for Passengers with Reduced Mobility
• Boarding Gate Procedures and Buggy Transfers
• Aircraft Cleaning, Pushback Operations, and Ramp Services

From capturing the warmth of a staff member picking up a child’s dropped toy to accurately simulating boarding pass verifications and pushback coordination, DIVA models brought each scene to life with precision and grace. They successfully reflected Velora’s commitment to premium, people-first airport service—from landside to airside operations.

The entire team demonstrated exceptional energy, flexibility, and professionalism throughout the shoot, fully embracing each role and delivering outstanding results. The client was extremely pleased with the authenticity and performance our models brought to the campaign, noting how well they embodied the Velora brand values.
