This letter serves as a formal legal demand that you immediately cease and desist from:

Using the Diva Talent Production & Event (DIVA Dubai) name, branding, or logo;

Representing yourself as an employee, agent, partner, or affiliate of Diva;

Communicating with third parties under the false identity of a Diva representative;

Using Diva’s registered trademarks for personal or commercial gain.

Diva Talent Production & Event is a licensed and registered UAE company (since 2003). Its logo, branding, and corporate identity are protected under UAE Trademark Law, Commercial Transactions Law, and Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combatting Rumours & Cybercrime.

Your actions constitute:

Misrepresentation & Fraud

Commercial Impersonation

Unauthorised trademark usage

Reputational damage

Potential financial fraud

You are legally required to:

IMMEDIATELY

Remove the Diva logo from WhatsApp Business and all online platforms.

Stop falsely associating yourself with Diva.

Confirm in writing within 2 hours that these actions are completed.

Failure to comply will result in Diva filing:

A criminal cybercrime complaint with Dubai Police (e-Crime)

A civil claim for damages

A trademark infringement complaint

Reporting your WhatsApp Business account for fraud

Notification to your employer or affiliated businesses

You are instructed to treat this matter as urgent and legally binding.
