546- CASTING CALL || EXPO 2020 - Male/ Female Secretaries for Israel EXPO Pavilion and Events We are looking for Male & Female Hosts/ Hostesses for Israel Pavilion for Expo2020 Criteria * Presentable, confident, out-going, well-mannered and polite personality * Must have prior work experience in events/ exhibitions/ etc. * Well verse in English, languages like Hebrew, Arabic will be an added advantage * Age: 25-35 years old Tasks * General Secretarial works in the Pavilion * Manage invoices and recites follow-up including procurement handling for the office needs * General management of the Pavilion offices * Provide assistance to the Pavilion Commissioner and Director * Divers/ Cleaners tasks schedule management. * Coordinating appointments at the pavilion.
